About IGNOU Teaching Centre
The IGNOU teaching centre at Bhagini Nivedita College (Learner Support Centre- 38025) established in the year 2013. The Centre is committed to excellence in teaching, providing equal opportunity to anyone who wishes to acquire knowledge. This spirit infuses the work of the students, faculty and management of the Bhagini Nivedita College IGNOU Centre.
The Centre has an enrollment of over 4500 Under Graduate & 2500 Post Graduate Degree candidates and is supported by almost 50 academic counsellors. At present, the Centre offers high-quality teaching through the Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode in many disciplines including, Commerce, English, Economics, Hindi, Psychology, Sociology, Tourism, History and Political Science. The Centre falls under and works closely with IGNOU Regional Centre-3 Division, Naraina Vihar. We have also been fortunate in getting full support from Bhagini Nivedita College- initially under the then Coordinator- Prof. Mamta Singla- the guiding light in the establishment of the Centre and from the current Principal – Prof. Raj Bhardwaj.
